Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra has partnered with Audi India . The announcement was made by JSW Sports on Monday, underscoring the javelin star’s rising stature both on and off the field.
Chopra, who became a national hero with his historic javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics, followed by a Silver medal at the 2024 Paris Games, has now inked a pact to become the face of Audi in India.
For Chopra, who has consistently delivered on the biggest global stages including the Asian Games, Commonwealth Games, and World Championships, the collaboration reflects more than just brand association. “I’ve always admired Audi — not just for their cars, but for what they represent. Their values closely align with my own journey as an athlete. It’s all about pushing limits and striving for excellence,” he said, expressing his enthusiasm about the association.

In a strong start to 2025, Audi India reported a 17% rise in Q1 sales, delivering 1,223 units — up from the same period last year. The growth is credited to a robust product lineup and improved supply chain, with models like the Q7 and Q8 driving demand. Building on the momentum from 2024, when Audi crossed the 1 lakh cars milestone in India, the brand recently added the facelifted RS Q8 Performance to its range. Priced at Rs 2.49 crore (ex-showroom), it’s Audi’s most powerful SUV, boasting a 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 that sprints from 0–100 kmph in just over 3 seconds.
