APSC JE Recruitment 2025: The Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) will start registering for Junior Engineer (Civil) recruitment for the Water Resource Department today, April 17. Qualified applicants can apply at apsc.nic.in. This recruitment effort is for 160 positions.
The selection procedure will be released later. Depending on the amount of applications, the commission may opt to hold a zone-specific recruiting exam.

APSC JE Recruitment 2025: Eligibility criteria
1. Only Indian citizens who are permanent citizens of Assam may apply for these positions. They must upload their Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) as proof of domicile. The Employment Exchange Certificate will be considered as proof of citizenship.
2. Aspirants must hold a three-year diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology/Civil and Planning from an AICTE-accredited technical institute. The certificate should be obtained after completing a standard course.
3. Applicants must be at least 18 and no older than 40 on January 1, 2025. Aspirants in the reserve category will benefit from age relaxation.
APSC JE Recruitment 2025: Application fees
The APSC JE application fee is ₹297.20 for general, ₹197.20 for OBC and MOBC, and ₹47.20 for SC, ST, BPL, and PwBD categories. It also contains the cost of the processing charge and the tax amount.
