Celebrity Big Brother star previously opened up about the emotional toll of his split from former star Jesy Nelson.
The former Love Islander, 32, commented his support on earlier this year offering his heartfelt support in just three words.
The back in 2019, with the pair sharing sweet red carpet moments and loved up snaps. But their relationship came to an end in 2020, not long after the UK was plunged into its first Covid lockdown.
Forced to isolate separately during the nationwide restrictions, the pair soon drifted apart - and ultimately made the difficult decision to call time on their relationship.

Speaking to The Sun on Sunday a year after their split, Chris admitted that the break-up hit him hard.
"It was a tough period in a lot of people’s personal lives, and it was for me too," he said. "Break-ups are never easy. It was difficult. Sometimes you just grow apart."
The reality TV star didn’t shy away from discussing the difficulties he faced after his split, saying there were days when the heartache was the first thing on his mind.
"There were days where I was waking up and our split was the first thing I was thinking about," Chris revealed. "I was thinking, ‘I hope I feel good today. I hope mentally I feel all right.’ I had to try my hardest mentally to break the cycle."
But despite the emotional fallout, Chris insists there’s no animosity between him and Jesy - far from it.
Fans were quick to notice Chris’s warm comment under Jesy’s baby news post earlier this year. He wrote "Go on girl" underneath the announcement, showing the pair remain friends.
"We’re very good friends and we enjoyed all that time together," he said. "I don’t look at anything with regret. We still support each other."
Reflecting on their time as a couple, Chris added: "It was just a period in life where you move on. But it's nice to look back on the good memories of my relationships with Jesy and there were plenty of good times. There's no reason not to like each other."

"So we are having identical twins, which is so exciting, we're just like, we actually can't believe it. But unfortunately, there are complications that come with having identical having identical twins."
