She detailed: "For those of you who don't know, it was basically I was hospitalised with pneumonia and kidney issues and all kinds of stuff. I've been really wanting to get back into wellness and fitness, but it has been a crawl rather than a walk or a run."
In a post shared by Andrea on Instagram, she captioned the video: "My journey back to wellness is proving to be slow and bumpy. So when I was invited to come along to a Wellness week in Turkey, to train alongside incredible Olympic athletes and class dancers, I said it sounds amazing.... BUT please know I can't keep up. I am slow now. I may fall down. I was nervous".
"And it's been wonderful. I have gone at my own pace. I've accepted that right now I can't do what I used to. And yes, I had to lay down for the rest of the day because I had too much fun doing a dance class and forgot to take it easy.
"But it was all ok. No pressure. No worries. I have done the morning walk - not the run. I have done stretching and yoga. I've had a massage. And I have met some of the most wonderful people."
The former star revealed in March that she had been diagnosed with severe pneumonia, acute kidney injury, and following a series of tests, reports .
She shared her harrowing experience of collapsing in her home and lying in the bathroom for an hour before being discovered by her husband.
Andrea recalled the incident, saying: "I got up to go to the bathroom and just fell to the floor. By the time the paramedics arrived, they said my was so low they had to stabilise me before moving me."
Due to the tight bend in their loft bedroom, the paramedics struggled to maneuver the stretcher. She eventually managed to slide down the stairs and was rushed to the hospital.
The events that unfolded over the next few weeks had a profound impact on her life.
She emphasized: "There are rarely second chances in this life, so as I began to regain my strength I knew I had to seize the day and focus on what I really want to do. I very nearly died."
