With Bihar elections expected in November 2025, voters can conveniently download a digital copy of their voter ID card (E-EPIC) online from home. Here is the easy step-by-step process to download your voter ID card online.
Important Before You Start-
You must have your registered mobile number linked to your voter ID for OTP verification.

You need your Voter ID number (EPIC Number) handy to search and download the card.
Without these, you won’t be able to complete the download process.
Step-by-Step Process to Download Voter ID Card OnlineVisit the National Voter Service Portal
Open your browser and go to the official website: https://voters.eci.gov.in.
Select E-EPIC Download
On the homepage, look at the right side for the “E-EPIC Download” option and click it.
Log in Using Registered Mobile Number
You will be asked to log in by entering the mobile number linked with your voter ID. Enter the number and proceed by verifying via OTP sent to this number.
Choose Search Method
After logging in, you will be given two options to download the voter ID: by EPIC Number or by Reference Number.

Select the option to enter your EPIC Number (Voter ID card number).

Select your state, then click on the “Search” button.
Verify Details & Send OTP
Your voter details will appear. Tap on the “Send OTP” option found at the bottom of the page.
Enter OTP & Download
An OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter the OTP to complete verification.
After successful verification, the option to download your voter ID card will appear. Click download and save your digital Voter ID card.
This digital voter ID card is valid proof for identification and will help you during the upcoming election. By following this simple process, you can easily get your voter ID from the comfort of your home without any hassle.
