• The complainant claims she was influenced by Mahesh Babu’s promotional image to buy plots from the builder.

• She paid ₹34.80 lakh per plot, but even after full payment, she did not receive possession.

• When she demanded a refund, she received only ₹15 lakh back.

• The developer involved is Saisurya Developers, whose MD is Satish Chandragupta.

• The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had earlier issued a notice to Mahesh Babu in connection with the Surana Group and Saisurya Developers case, but he did not appear.

• Now, the Rangareddy District Consumer Forum has sent a fresh notice, directing both Mahesh Babu and the developer to appear with their legal representatives by July 8.

• Satish Chandragupta has also been served a legal notice.
