It's all come down to this for Chelsea. Beat Nottingham Forest away from home on the final day of the Premier League season and Enzo Maresca's side will be playing Champions League football next season.
Which European competition Chelsea are competing in could have a major say on their transfer business during the off-season. However, it's still shaping up to be a hectic summer of ins and outs at Stamford Bridge, regardless.
Ahead of Chelsea's final league match of the Premier League season, Express Sport have picked out five Chelsea players who may be playing their final league match for the club.
Benoit Badiashile
One of the many centre-backs Chelsea have on their books, Benoit Badiashile arrived from Monaco in January 2023 for a reported £35million fee. Things haven't gone to plan for the Frenchman though, with Badiashile having managed just 52 appearances in the two-and-a-half years since. Serie A runners-up Inter Milan are reportedly eyeing up a move for the 24-year-old, who hasn't been fancied by boss Maresca.
Jadon Sancho
Jadon Sancho's move to Chelsea promised plenty when he put pen to paper on a switch from Manchester United, but fast forward almost 12 months later and the Englishman has flattered to deceive. Chelsea do have the option to make his loan move permanent in the summer, but should they pass up on the opportunity, it's suggested .

Robert Sanchez
It's been a season to forget for Robert Sanchez, who boasts the most errors leading to goals in the Premier League this season. Chelsea have been said to be looking at potential goalkeeper options, with Diogo Costa rumoured to be on their list. Should a move for the Portuguese international come to fruition, it could prove curtains for ex-Brighton man Sanchez.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
A transfer that raised eyebrows at the time, few are surprised with the lack of opportunities Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall has enjoyed in a Chelsea shirt ever since he followed Maresca from Leicester City in the summer. The midfielder has managed just two starts in the league this season, with the majority of his time at the club having been spent on the bench. Dewsbury-Hall may go in search of first-team opportunities ahead of next season, given he's unlikely to outmuscle Chelsea's starting options in the middle of the park.
Cole Palmer
And finally, the wildcard shout. Nobody of a Chelsea persuasion will be wanting Cole Palmer to leave this summer, but if the Blues miss out on Champions League football, it could be a decision that's taken out of their hands. That would mark three seasons in a row that Palmer has been at the club and hasn't featured in the Champions League and for a player of his quality, that will no doubt be a source of frustration.
