PIMS Udaipur Celebrates World Health Day 2025 with Enthusiasm; Launches Udayneocon Conference Website

Udaipur, April 7 The Pacific Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) in Udaipur marked World Health Day 2025 with a vibrant and educational celebration centered on this year’s global theme: “Healthy Start, Bright Future.” The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty, and staff, all united in spreading awareness about health and wellness.

Interactive Activities and Awareness Drives

The campus buzzed with activities aimed at promoting health consciousness among medical students. A knowledge-based quiz competition was held, focusing on various aspects of public health and well-being. MBBS students participated with great zeal, showcasing their awareness and understanding of key health issues.

The winners of the quiz were honored with certificates of recognition presented by Dr. Prashant Nahar (Vice Chancellor), Dr. Chandra Mathur, Dr. B.L. Kumar, and Dr. Pradeep Bhatnagar.

Launch of Udayneocon 2025 Website

A major highlight of the event was the official launch of the Udayneocon 2025 website, an upcoming international conference focused on pediatrics, by Chairman Mr. Ashish Agrawal. The initiative is expected to position PIMS as a thought leader in pediatric healthcare education and collaboration.

Principal Dr. Suresh Goyal addressed the gathering, underlining the significance of this year’s World Health Day theme. He encouraged students and staff to adopt healthy lifestyle practices for a better and brighter future.
