In the female conductor recruitment, female candidates holding the NCC B certificate, Bharat Scouts and Guides Institute's State Award and President's Award certificate will be given a five percent benefit based on intermediate marks. Merit will be released on this basis only. This process is also there for NSS certificate holders. Interested candidates can apply online on the corporation's website www.upsrtc. com along with the employment fair.

Female candidates will be given training for the post of conductor through the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission under skill development. It is mandatory to have 12th pass and CCC certificate for the post of female conductor.
